These photos were donated by Edna Miller. Her grandparents were William and Julia Turner who ran the Post Office in the early nineteen hundreds. Edna's mother, Julia Turner, married Walter Whittleton (the village blacksmith) in 1911 and they lived in the cottage which was later to become "Jimmy" Sturman's 'petrol station'.
