This is possibly the first court for which a record still survives so it is quoted and reproduced in full below. It would appear however that this is a transcript given that the courts mentioned are not in chronological order (1680 after 1690).

Francis Browne admitted in Fee as Son & Heir of Richard Browne to a certain parcel of Copyhold Land of this Manor containing by Estimation One Quarter of a Rood with a Cottage thereupon builded in Deopham aforesaid.
