Over the weekend of May 14th – 17th 1992 the 452 Bomb Group Association met in East Anglia. The following document is the agenda for that weekend.
On the Friday of that weekend, May 15th 1992, the memorial on the site of the airfield was dedicated. It is to be noted that the memorial is dedicated to “all who served here”. The following image shows the gathered veterans at this dedication:

The following leaflet and accompanying text were produced as a souvenir for those attending the 1955 reunion. It is marked “The Final Flag-down” because it was thought at the time that it would be the final reunion.
THE CONNECTION
Deopham Green Airfield, Norfolk, used by the 452nd Bomb Group (H) USAAF between February 1944 and April 1945, was distinguished by the three church towers of St Andrew, Hingham, St Andrew, Deopham and St James, Great Ellingham, the latter two lying along the line of the main North-East-South-West runway.
The Memorial Plaque is close to the War Memorial at Hingham and the Book of Remembrance is kept inside the church there.
The Commemorative Stone is on the airfield near to the site of the Control Tower.
