It was found by the Homage that Frances Reynolds, who held for her life a Cottage situate upon the waste of this Manor called the Low Common, died before the Court and that Elizabeth the wife of Francis Greenwood is Sister & Heir of said Frances and his Lord regranted to her for Life said Cottage aforesaid such cottage was built with Licence of the Lord of this Manor & Ducan Steward of […] Reynolds late Mother of the said Frances & Elizabeth and this Lord regranted said cottage to said Elizabeth for Life under the Rent of 1d.
