On November 15th 1754 Edward Sayer had conditionally surrendered his premises to the Lord of the Manor out of Court because Martha Wakeman of Norwich, Spinster, had advanced a mortgage of £200 at 4% p.a.Edward Sayer proved that Mrs Wakeman’s loan has been repaid, with interest, by William Donne the younger, son of William Donne of East Dereham, surgeon.All and singular the Messuages, Lands, Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever.
