The following extract from the will of Rebecca Howard dated August 9^th 1899 has been copied into the Court Roll, after stating that her half brother, James Oakley, was named Executor & Trustee:

I give and bequeath All my real and personal estate of every kind and description wheresoever situate unto my said Trustee, Upon trust to sell, call in and convert into money the same.
