The following extract from the will of Edward Stevenson*, dated November 30th 1720, has been included in the Court Roll, in English:
Item. I give, devise & bequeath unto Ann Stimpson* my well beloved wife:
All & Singular my Messuages, Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments & Premises with their appurtenances both Freehold & Copyhold, Charter hold or other Customary tenure as they are Scituate being and being in Deopham in the said County of Norfolk for & dureing the Term of her naturall life.

* The record of this Court clearly refers to the surname Stevenson whereas the Court of November 13th 1723 recorded Stimpson. The will extract at this Court quoted Stimpson. The property and forenames referred to in the Court of November 13th 1723 are clearly one and the same.
