James Cooper – conditional surrenderOctober 20th 1742:
Out of Court:
1) Sarah the wife of Matthew Austin of Hingham, Carpenter,
2) Jane the wife of Daniel Honoree of Norwich, Stocking Weaver,

together advanced a mortgage of £105
October 25th 1743:
The above confirmed that their loan + interest had been repaid in full by James Cooper.
Roger Cooper & Mary his wifeJanuary 11th 1732:
Mary the wife of Roger Cooper acquired these premises on the death of her father John Knights.
At Court of October 19th 1742 it had been recorded that on January 27th 1741 Roger Cooper & Mary his wife surrendered their premises to the Lord of the Manor.

Robert Osborn presented a document dated June 12th 1743 recording that Roger Cooper and Mary his wife surrendered these premises to Robert Osborn for the consideration stated therein.
Himself1) One tenement built & 6 acres of Copyhold land with the appurtenances in divers pieces in Deopham;
2) 1½ acres of Copyhold land in 2 pieces in Deopham:
2.1) 1 acre called Dunnings in the West Field of Deopham;
2.2) ½ acre called Grubbes half acre in the same field

advanced a mortgage of £100 + interest at 4½% p.a.
All & every his messuages, lands, tenements & hereditaments.
