An indenture dated May 20th 1720 recorded the sale to Edward Payne of Hingham, Grocer, for a consideration of £80.1) 1 acre of copyhold land, part of the 8 acres in Morley Field between land lately of John Wright, West, & copyhold land of the Manor of Shadwells, East,
abutts the Palloway, North, land of Stephen Baldwn, South;
2) 2 acres of copyhold land in Morley Field between land of Stephen Baldwyn, West,
land of John Amyas, gentleman, East,
