This surrender corresponded to a bargain and sale between the 9 parties listed below.	Robert Herring was admitted at Court of November 1^st 1816	Daniel Smith of Deopham, Farmer		1) Piece no 1 on the Deopham 1814 Inclosures Map containing 2 acres, 2 roods & 33 perches with a Messuage & other buildings bounded by John Lane, West; Richard Jolly, North; Wymondham Road or Palloway, South; 2) Piece no 177 on the Deopham 1814 Inclosures Map containing 3 acres & 21 perches bounded by Wymondham Road or Palloway, North.¹		£78

3) Sarah Leeder;
4) Charles Bringloe of Hingham, Gentleman;
5) Robert Herring of Lakenham in Norwich;
6) Lucy Herring of Norwich, Widow , William Herring of Norwich, Esquire, Rev. Armine Herring of Hindelvestone as executrix & executors of the will of William Herring dated November 27^th 1826; William Herring had been appointed executor of the will of Elizabeth Greene of Norwich, Widow, dated June 26^th 1799

8) John Oddin Taylor of Norwich, Gentleman;
