Edward Payne satisfaction of Mortgage
The following extract from Edward Payne’s declaration, dated April 2nd 1725, has been copied in English into the Court Roll:
I do hereby acknowledge mySelf Fully Satisfyed & Contented for all moneys due or to be due to me or mentioned in a Surrender made to me the First of January Last by Joseph Payne Of all his Messuages, Lands, Tenements & Hereditaments Copyhold of the Manor of Deopham Hall
And I do hereby desire the Steward of the Court of the said Manor to Enter Satisfaction of this Mortgage in the Court Books or Rolls of the said Manor,

Mary Mantell satisfaction of Mortgage
The following extract from Mary Mantell’s declaration, dated April 30th 1725, has been copied in English into the Court Roll:
I acknowledge mySelf Satisfyed All moneys due upon a Conditional Surrender made to me by my Brother Augustine Cullyer of Lands & Tenements Copyhold of the Manor of Deopham Hall & I desire the Steward of the Court of the said Manor & the next Homage to fine & Enter Satisfaction in the Court Rolls & Court Books of the said MAnor.
