1) his brother John Palgrave Simpson (known as John Simpson of Corpus Christie College, Cambridge), Gentleman and
2) William Vynne Bacon of Watton
during the life of his mother Katherine Simpson, upon trust to pay rents to her.

Katherine Simpson died December 11th 1844

Her trustees,
1) George Edward Simpson of Norwich, Gentleman &
2) Gustavus Thomas Taylor of Holborn, Middlesex
sold the property to Philip Daniel Alexander
