Extract from the will of Samuel Harding
The following Extract from the will of Samuel Harding dated May 12th 1693 has been copied into the Court Roll in English:
I give and devise unto the said Samuel Levold All my Messuages, Lands, Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever with their Appurtenances lying & being in Deopham in the County of Norfolk or in any other Town or Towns thereto adjoining
To have and to hold the Messuages, Lands, Tenements and hereditaments with their Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Levold, his Heires & Assigns for ever.
