At the Court of January 6th 17371 John Bedingfield had surrendered his estate to the Lord of the Manor to the use & behoof of his last will & testament.Rose Bedingfield, daughter of John Bedingfield Lucy Bedingfield, mother of Rose Bedingfield1) 6½ acres of Copyhold land in 2 pieces in Deopham:
1.1) 6 acres between Edmund Boreham, Yeoman, of Norwich to the East;
a way in Haughfield West;
lands of divers men North;
a lane leading from Haughfield towards South;
1.2) ½ acre in Haughfield between lands late of John Walker North;
lands late of Robert Oakly South;
a way leading towards Sheppards Gapp East;
2) 3½ acres of Copyhold land in Deopham in 2 pieces;
3) ½ acre in Deopham.
