Extract from the will of John Jolly
The following Extract from the will of John Jolly dated June 22nd 1801 has been copied into the Court record:
Subject to the Annuity and Legacies on Sums of Money and also the Charges, Power and Provisions hereinbefore given, made and declared,
I do hereby give and devise All and every my Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments situate and being in Deopham aforesaid or elsewhere and all my Real Estate, whatever and wherever situate, together with all my Personal Estate of every Kind not hereinbefore disposed of,
unto Rowing Brasnett, the Son of my said Niece Ann Brasnett, and to the Heirs and Assigns of the said Rowing Brasnett for ever for his and their own absolute Use and Benefit.
