Extract from the will of George Cross
The following extract from the will of George Cross dated December 18th 1722 has been included in the Court Roll in English:
Item:
I Give and Devise unto Sarah Cross, widow, my Daughter & to her Assigns for & during the Term of her naturall Life,
All & Singular my Messuages, Lands, Tenements & Hereditaments whatsoever Scituate,lying & being in Morley, Deopham, Wramplingham, Hetherset & Diss in the said County of Norfolk & in every or any of them as well Copyhold and Lease as Freehold with their & every of their Appurtenances.
