The following extract from the will of Zachariah Wright dated August 1st 1739 has been included in the record of this Court:
The rest of my Land and all my Goods and Chattles and personal Estate whatsoever after the payment of my Debts, Legacys and Funeral charges I give unto Frances Wright, widow, my Mother.
