This document does not specify the location of the property, although the Court which is referenced dated February 9th 1889 specifies that the property is “All that piece or parcel of land lying in Deopham … called ‘Deopham Close’” i.e. Piece no 59 on the Deopham 1814 Inclosures Map containing 6 acres & 10 perches with the Messuage or dwelling house and buildings erected on part thereof. ↩︎
