This document does not specify the location of the property, although the Court which is referenced dated February 9^th 1889 specifies that the property is “All that piece or parcel of land lying in Deopham … called ‘Deopham Close’” i.e. Piece no 59 on the Deopham 1814 Inclosures Map containing 6 acres & 10 perches with the Messuage or dwelling house and buildings erected on part thereof. ↩︎
