The following extract from the will of Walter Carver dated September 17th 1717 has been included in English in the Court Roll:
Item:
I give & devise All my Messuages, Lands, Tenements & Hereditaments whatsoever, scituate being & Being in Deopham in the said County of Norfolk, with the appurtenances unto the said Philip, my Son, & his heirs & Assigns for ever.
