Anne Standley (deceased)		William Spruce admitted May 9th 1854 upon surrender of Philip Daniel Alexander; The Court held on July 27th 1889 admitted Martha Ann Spruce; November 3rd 1905 William Spruce’s trustees (Archibald Rowing of Wicklewood, William Allen & Martha Ann Spruce) devised the property to Martha Ann Spruce during her lifetime; April 12th 1905 Martha Ann Spruce died; William Allen (as sole remaining trustee) then conveyed property to Anne Standley; May 9th 1905 Anne Standley died but had never been admitted to the Court.
