Extract from the will of Stephen Baldwyn
The following extract from the will of Stephen Baldwyn dated May 15th 1719 has been included in the Court Roll in English:
Item:
I do hereby order & direct that all my Lands, Tenements & Hereditaments whatsoever scituate being & being in Deopham & Morley in the said County of Norfolk, then in the use & occupation of Thomas Souter or his Assigns with their & every of their appurtenances,
Shall as Soon after my decease as conveniently they may or can be sold for the best price or prices can be gotten for the same by my Brother in Law, William Thurrold of Hingham in Norfolk, Grocer, & by my Son Stephen Baldwyn or by the Survivor of them or by the Executors or Administrators of the survivor of them.
Extract from the will of Joseph Alexander
The following extract from the will of Joseph Alexander dated May 19th 1719 has been included in the Court Roll in English:
Item:
I give & bequeath to Margaret Alexander my only daughter & to her heirs for ever.
All my Estate whither house or land being in Deopham in Norfolk in the occupation of Robert Willimot.
