Extract from the Will of Richard Whynne
The following extract from the will of Richard Whynne, dated January 14th 1664, has been copied into the Court Roll in English:
I give & bequeath unto Margaret Whynne my loving wife
All my lands & tenements
And after her demise, my will & minde is
I give & bequeath all & singular the Lands & Tenements both freehold & Copyhold unto my loving kindseman, William Childerhouse of Great Ellingham aforesaid,
To have & to hold the same unto him the said William and to his heires forever.
