| July 17th 1722 John Amyas, Clerk | John Amyas, Clerk, acquired the rights to this property, following the death of Ann Amyas, Widow, at the Court of July 17th 1722. It then passed to his wife Mary “for and during the Term of her free natural life” . After her decease, to Ann Amyas, Widow, and relict of George Amyas , “for and during the Term of her natural Life” ; After her decease, it passed to the three daughters of Rev. John Amyas and Mary his wife, in copartnership: – Mary, the wife of Edward Sayer; – Catharine Amyas; – Elizabeth Amyas; | Elizabeth Morrant, Widow, daughter of Rev.
