According to the Will of Sarah Clarke,
William Boodle (deceased) had use of this property for his life, after which it passed to Samuel Flowers, nephew to Sarah Clarke.
Samuel Flowers by his will left the premises to his 5 daughters, who sold the property to Jonathan Doubleday.
