The Memorandum includes the following details:-

The late Right Honourable Robert Thornagh Baron Cranworth devised his assets to his son Bertram Francis Baron Cranworth (described in the will as Bertram Francis Gurdon) during his life.

The Right Honourable Robert Thornagh Baron Cranworth died October 13th 1902.
The following trustees of the Settlement created by the will of Robert Thornagh Baron Cranworth were appointed:-
