Will of John Payne
The following extract from the will of John Payne dated January 10th 1744 has been copied into the Court Roll for this Court. The section in italics had already been included in the previous Court which had been held on September 15th 1746, and Edward Payne admitted to the property covered by that section.
Also, I give and bequeath unto Edward Payne my Son and his heirs for ever,
All that Messuage or Tenement with the barn, Stable, Outhouses, Yards, Gardens, Orchards, Lands, Pastures and feeding ground thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in Morley St Buttolph aforesaid, now in the use and Occupation of Nicholas Sparkall, his Assignee or Assignees, Tenant or Undertenants.
And also
All that Messuage or Tenement with the barn, Stable, Outhouses, Yards, Gardens, Orchards, Lands, Pastures and feeding ground thereunto belonging now in the use or occupation of James Cooper, his Assignee or Assignees, Tenant or undertenants, lying and being in Deopham and Morley St Buttolph or in any other Town or Towns thereunto near or next adjoining.
Will of Alice Taylor
The following extract from the will of Alice Taylor dated November 10th 1707 has been copied into the Court Roll for this Court.
Item. I give and bequeath unto Francis Oddin my Son and his heirs for ever,
All my Lands and Tenements, both freehold and Copyhold, lying and being in Morley in the County of Norfolk under certain Conditions therein mentioned.
