John Baker had purchased from the executors of Robert Knights (deceased); October 14th 1871: John Baker, Farmer, and his wife Susan surrendered the land to Philip Howard, Wine Merchant, in return for an undisclosed consideration. Philip Howard died June 19th 18991 in possession of the land but without having been admitted to the Court.		John Baker admitted February 15th 1832	Rebecca Howard by virtue of the will of Philip Howard (deceased) her husband		Piece no 143 on the Deopham Inclosures map of 1814, containing 3 acres, 1 rood & 35 perches	2s 11½d
