Extract from the will of Sarah Clarke
The following paraphrase of the will of Sarah Clarke, dated August 28th 1824, has been included in the Court Roll:
… the said Testatrix devised her Dwellinghouse with Barns, Stables, Yards, Gardens, Outhouses and Appurtenances and Five acres of Land thereto belonging then in her own occupation situate in Deopham aforesaid:
To the use of the said William Boodle and his Assigns for and during the term of this natural life,
Subject and charged as in the said Will is mentioned.
Extract from the will of John Wade
The following paraphrase of the will of John Wade, dated May 12th 1824, has been included in the Court Roll:
… the said Testator gave and devised
All his Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments whatever in Hackford or elsewhere unto the said Rose Maria Wade and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life, or so long as she should continue his widow,
She keeping the Buildings in tenantable repair and insured from fire.
