At the Court of May 14th 1833 it was recorded that on March 10th 1832:
Rowing Brasnett & Sarah his wife had surrendered to Edmund Manning of Norwich, Gentleman in return for a mortgage of £1,000.
May 31st 1845
William D’Urban Blyth of Weasenham All Saints & D’Urban Blyth of Gt. Massingham acquired the mortgages of £1,000 “with a certain other sum of £200” + interest.
At this Court they acknowledged that full satisfaction of these loans + interest had been received.

At the Court of April 17th 1837 it was recorded that on February 21st 1835 Rowing Brasnett surrendered to Charlotte Cook of Eye in Suffolk, Spinster in return for a mortgage of £200 + interest.
Charlotte Cook died intestate on November 29th 1865.
Letters of administration were granted to Emily Cole who in turn left her estate to Ann Cole.
Ann Cole acknowledged at this Court that the mortgage of £200 + interest had been fully satisfied
