Robert Newman surrendered out of Court for his use during his natural life, then after his decease to Robert Newman the Younger, his son & Diana Long whom Robert Newman the Younger intended to marry.
Robert Newman the Younger & Diana his wife are departed this life before this Court.
John Newman is the son & heir of Robert Newman the Younger & Diana his wife1 furlong of arable land containing 3½ acres formerly Edward Cock’s22s 6d
