Extract from the will of Thomas Walter
The following extract from the will of Thomas Walter dated April 26th 1669 has been included, in English, in the Court Roll:
I give & bequeath unto Grace my wife all my coppiehold land lying in Deopham aforesaid and to her heires for ever.

The Court of November 4th 1669 increased his fine from the 10s imposed in 1668 to 20s 10d if he missed the latest deadline.
