2) 3 acres in an inclosure called Garrards formerly Built, late of John Cock, West,
a Garden called Salmers, late of John Cock, East,
abutts Common Pasture of Deopham, North,
a way leading to a Gate called Westgate to a Messuage late of John Cock, South;
3) 2 acres formerly in 2 pieces between lands late of John Cock, West,
abutts Way mentioned above, North;
4) 3½ roods between lands late of John Cock, West,
lands of the Manor of Blomviles, East;
5) ½ acre & ½ rood between land late of John Cock, East,
lands of the Manor of Blomviles, West,
“the aforesaid piece”, North;
6) 1½ acres at South Hill between lands of the Manor of Blomviles & lands formerly of Robert Cryer and afterwards — Underwood, South,
lands of the Priory of Canterbury, East & West.
Total: 11½ acres
