Item. I give and bequeath unto the said Margaret Roper, Katheryne Roper and Ann Roper, three of my daughters, and to their …. heires for ever as tenants in Common or partners at the law,
All there my Lands, Tenements, Meadowes, Pastures, Feedings and hereditaments lying and being in Deopham aforesaid and Hingham next adjoyning or in either of the said Townes.
