Extract from the will of Richard Whynn
The following extract from the will of Richard Whynn, dated January 14th 1664, has been included in the Court Roll in English:
Item: I give & bequeath unto Margaret Whynn my loveing wife all my lands & tenements, both freehold & copyhold, as the same are scituate, lyeing & being in Deopham & Great Ellingham in the County aforesaid,
To have and to hold the said lands & tenements unto her the said Margaret and her assigns for & during the terme of her naturall life, soe keeping the same in good & sufficient reparations without makeing any strippe or waste.
