Description of Piece No 59

The following description of Piece no 59 is given in the Court Roll; this is the first time in the Court Rolls that mention is made of a building on this plot.

Indenture of Sale

The Indenture of sale was dated November 22nd 1862 and was between the following parties:

  1. John Mann, vendor
  2. Edward Palmer Clarke of Wymondham to whom £150 remained due on the mortgage advanced on November 26th 1846
  3. Edward Fulcher
  4. George Semmence of Wicklewood, Cordwainer,
  5. John Semmence, son of Joseph Semmence.
