By an Indenture made on September 14th 1918 between: 1) John George Peele of Morley Manor in the Parish of Morley in the County of Norfolk, Gentleman, of the one part; 2) John Bartle Pomeroy of Wymondham in the said County of Norfolk, Solicitor, of the other part; For the consideration therein mentioned, the said J.G. Peele as Beneficial Owner thereby enfranchised and released unto the said J.B. Pomeroy his heirs and assigns, All that piece of land situate, lying and being in Deopham in the County of Norfolk, being the third allotment by the Award of the Commissioners acting under the Deopham Inclosure Act made to George Browne Leak and marked on the map annexed to the said Award No 91 containing 3a 0r 20p bounded by the 4th private road … Together with all mines and minerals in, on or under the premises including the rights reserved by Section 23 of the Copyhold Act 1894, And together with all commonable and other easements, rights and privileges which immediately before the execution hereof were appendant or appurtenant to the said hereditaments, or reputed so to be, or usually held therewith or any part thereof, To hold the same as freehold, freed and discharged from all rents, fines, heriots, reliefs, suits and services and all other incidents of copyhold or customary tenure, unto and to the use of the said J.B. Pomeroy, his heirs and assigns, nevertheless upon trust for the said David Woodrow, his heirs and assigns, And the said J.G. Peele hereby acknowledges the right of the said J.B. Pomeroy to production at his expense of the Court Rolls of the said Manor so far as they relate to the premises hereby enfranchised.
