The following announcement appeared in The London Gazette published on May 25th 18751
The Bankruptcy Act, 1869.
In the County Court of Norfolk, holden at Norwich.
ln the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by George Goddard, of Deopham, in the county of Norfolk, Miller.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a First General Meeting of the creditors of the above-named person has been summoned to be held at the office of Mr. Melancthon William Henry Lorn be Brooke, Solicitor, Attleborough, in the county of Norfolk, on the 10th day of June, 1875, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon precisely.—Dated this 22nd
day of May, 1875.
