The sales particulars list the Tithe Map plot numbers: these are indicated on this extract from the Tithe Map of 1843.

The following document records that this farm was purchased by Rev. George Turner who is credited with carrying out (and probably funding) major restorations to the church, building the school (now the Gralix Hall), and building a new vicarage (now The Grange).
