Although rector of Morley St Botolph, he was called upon by the Rev. Hibbert Wanklyn to help out by officiating at Deopham.
At the time of the 1843 Tithe survey, he is shown as owning four acres of land in Park Lane.
He appears in the Deopham Burial Registers for 1862 – 1875.
