It would appear that there is an error in condition 9 above: how would the Purchaser remove fittings before the transaction is complete?

11/3/1920	Charles Downes agreed a mortgage of £200 from S.A. Allen at an interest rate of 5%
12/3/1920	Charles Downes received a further advance of £100 from S.A. Allen, again at an interest rate of 5%
9/7/1934	The £300 mortgage owed to S.A. Allen by C.G. Downes was discharged
2/12/1935	K.J. Williams sold to Edith Bertha Downer (Widow) of Sutton in Surrey for £700
1939		The 1939 Register records that Edith Downer (born 1880, Widow) and Eileen Downer (born 1911, Single) were living in Victoria Lane
11/10/1945	South Cottage as occupied by Mrs Edith Bertha Downer was sold by the same to George James Mills of Deopham for £1,000.
