Ownership of The Cottage is placed fully in the hands of Alice Fendick:-

The following schedule indicates that after the death of Alice Fendick in 1939, The Cottage was acquired by Mrs Lucy Stone:

Mrs L. Stone put The Cottage on the market for auction on December 15^th 1950. The auctioneer’s annotations indicate that the successful bidder was Alice M. Palmer of Victoria Lane.
