  1. The piece number is shown as 106 twice in the record of this court, and once in the 1814 court but that piece is 8 acres and does not fit the “bounded by” description. It should be piece no 160. The 1824 court records Abraham Skinner selling piece no 159 which is described as being adjacent to Charles Allen. This confirms that the piece no here should be 160. ↩︎
