The Will of John Amyas
The will is dated June 7th 1762; the following quote from the will is included in the Court records:
Also I give and devise unto my Cousin Anne Amyas who now lives with me, All my Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments that are Copyhold or of Customary Tenure, Now in the use and occupation of Thomas Rowing & James Cooper or either of them, their, or either of their Undertenant or Undertenants, and to her Heirs and Assigns…
