  1. It has been noted in the margin in a later hand that Rowing Brasnett’s premises should total 1 acre, 1 rood & 19 perches, not the 1 acre shown above totalled from 3 roods + 1 rood. The marginal note refers back to page 107 of the Court Book which is the Court of April 7th 1814 implementing the Inclosure Act changes.
    This Court has used the pre-Inclosure definition, not that of the Inclosure Commissioners; their figures were 1 acre & 5 perches in piece no 75 + 1 rood & 14 perches in piece no 45 making a total of 1 acre, 1 rood & 19 perches. ↩︎
