Extract from the will of Edward Sedley
The following extract/paraphrase from the will of Edward Sedley has been copied into the Court record, starting abruptly with
And for default of such issue (subject & chargeable with the several Annuities before mentioned)
I give and Bequeath the Same to my Nephew Henry Somner for and during the term of his natural Life;
And from and after and so forth as by the said Will relation being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear.
Letter of Attorney signed by William Cullyer, Merchant
The following announcement was copied into the Court Roll:
Know all men by these presents that I William Cullyer of Great Yarmouth in the County of Norfolk, Merchant, have made, Nominated Constitute and Appointed and by these presents Do make Nominate, Constitute and Appoint Joseph Cotman and John Cotman both of Great Yarmouth aforesaid, Merchants, and Thomas Turner of Wymondham in the County aforesaid, Gentleman, my true and Lawfull Attorneys and Attorney Joyntly and Severally for me and in my name, place and stead to Sell and divest of all my Copyhold Messuages, Lands and Tenements situate, lying and being in Thorndon in the Couty of SUffolk and in Deopham and Wymondham in the said County of Norfolk or in any Town, parish or place to them or any of them near or adjoyning;
And also to surrender into the hands of the several Lords and Ladys of the Several Manors of Thorndon with its Members and Thorndon in the said County of Suffolk and the several Manors of Deopham Hall, Deopham of the Dean and Chapter of Canterbury, Shadwells otherwise Cockerells in Morley and Wymondham Grisaugh in the County of Norfolk absolutely according to the Custom or Customs of the Same Manor or Manors respectively
All my said Copyhold Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments holden of the said Several Manor or Manors, every or any of them,
To the Use and Behoof of such person or persons, Use or Uses, Estates, Intents and purposes as my said Attorneys either or any of them joyntly or severally shall think fit,
And further Giving and Granting into my said Attorneys, all and every of them, joyntly and severally, full power and Authority to do any Act or Acts whatsoever for the Selling of Surrendering my said Copyhold premises in manner as aforesaid as fully to all intents and purposes as I my Self might do or Cause to be done were I personally present to do the same, hereby Ratifying, Confirming and Allowing All and whatsoever my said Attorneys or Attorney, every or any of them, joyntyly or severally shall do do cause to be done about the premisses by virtue of these presents.
In witness whereof I the said William Cullyer have herewith sett my hand and Seal this thirteenth day of June in the eleventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord, George the Second, by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith and so forth, and in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and thirty seven.

William Cullyer London Gazette announcement
The following announcement appeared in the London Gazette of February 12th 17364; the announcement itself is dated January 12th 1736-7.
Whereas William Cullyer, of Yarmouth in the County of Norfolk, Merchant, has vested all hbis Estates and Effects in us for the payment of all his Creditors; all Persons indebted to the said William Cullyer are required immediately to pay such Debts to us the said Trustees, or one of us, or they will be sued for the same : And the Creditors of the said William Cullyer who expect any Advantage from the said Trust, are hereby required to come and execute the Deed of Trust made between the said William Cullyer, his Creditors and us, as Trustees, on or before the 25th of March next ensuing. And we do hereby give Notice, that the Estates of the said William Cullyer, situate
– in Thornden, in the County of Suffolk, to the yearly Value of Forty Pounds or thereabouts;
– in Deopham in the County of Norfolk, between Fifty and Sixty Pounds a Year; and
– in Windham in the said County, Twenty Pounds a Year,
are to be sold by us the said Trustees. Particulars of the said Estates may be seen at Mr. Robert Ferners, Attorney at Law in Yarmouth, or with any of us.

Extract from the will of Robert Hubbard
The following extract from the will of Robert Hubbard, dated April 15th 1737, was copied into the Court record:
Also, I Give and Devise
All and singular my Messuages, Houses, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever situate, lying and being in Hackford aforesaid of elsewhere in the County of Norfolk unto John Hubbard, my Son, and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever,
Charged and so forth as by the said will relation being thereunto had doth appear.
