The following paraphrase of the will of John Boddenham otherwise Bodney dated May 3rd 1798 has been included in the Court Roll:
He gave & devised to the said Mary Dowe the Daughter of Elizabeth the late deceased Wife if James Dowe of Rockland in Norfolk, Blacksmith, and her Assigns for the Term of her Life,
All his Messuages, Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments in Morley Saint Buttolph and Deopham in Norfolk and elsewhere charged as in the said Will is mentioned.
