1843 Tithe Apportionment
In 1843, as recorded in the tithe apportionment, the farm was owned and occupied by Andrew Lane:

1846 Auction
The following advertisement appeared in the Norfolk News dated April 4th 1846 as well as the Norfolk News of April 11th 1846:

The following flyer stated that the farm had been owned by the late Andrew Lane; the newspaper advertisement above stated that it was then in the occupation of Mrs Mary Lane, widow:

The three copyhold pieces making up this sale can be seen on the following extract from the 1814 Inclosures Map; the newspaper advertisement stated that there were 40 acres in total, presumably therefore also including piece no 174.

The outcome of the auction was that William Miles of North Tuddenham purchased the farm for £2050:
