This page in the Court book follows the record of a Court held in 1648, and before records of the courts of 1674 & 1675, but is not itself dated in the heading, nor does it follow the format of other pages. It refers to an agreement of 1668 (although there is no record of a court for that date) so this page must refer to a meeting after that date.
The names of the parties involved are all in an abbreviated form (it is normal for the forenames to be abbreviated in this book, but not the surnames). In this respect, it appears to be a draft which was never fully written up.

Details

R Ock surrendered out of Court on October 10th 1668 into the hand of the Lord by the hand of John Sm, customary tenant of this manor, in the presence of L. N. & G. Br, customary tenants of the Manor, one piece of land in customary tenure by estimation xxx to the use of B St, his heirs & assigns on condition that if the aforementioned R Ock, his heirs, executors or assigns, pay to the same Bartholomew, his executors or assigns £25 11s 6d of legal English money on the tenth day of October in which case the surrender would become void.

November 2nd 1666 surrender ????????? so it was not presented nor placed before the homage of this court now made, and here in court it is clear that
John Sm & his heirs became a tenant of this land at the Court of November 6th 1660 by a concession made by the Lord of this Manor
And because the aforementioned John Sm surrendered the premisses by the aforementioned R. Oc so that ……… he did not present at the first Court General following
but it continued in his hands & and he related against the ??? of this Manor to the prejudice of the Lord of this Manor and exhortation and pleas did not change the aforementioned Bartholomew St.

And William Sad the Bailiff of this Manor, returned to the sitting Court and certified to the Court that he, by virtue of the aforementioned precept in the aforementioned form commanded in the presence of Henry Doe and John Ra, two customary tenants of this Manor, he passed into the hand of the Lord of the Manor the aforementioned 3 acres of land abutting Pye Lane to the west, which was commanded by the aforementioned precept .
And immediately after comes here in Court the aforementioned John Smi and puts a document to the Lord and he alleged that the aforementioned Robert Oc paid and satisfied Bartholomew St in the conditional surrender of £25 11s 6d.

The aforementioned Bartholomew by negligence of the aforementioned John Sm not presenting the surrender to the general Court of this Manor next following after the date was not injured
And the Lord moved by mercy & pity from his special ancient grace, returned and ran to serve out of his hands to John Sm the aforementioned 3 acres of customary tenure land lying in Deopham between the lands of John Sm.
The Lord by his steward by the sign of the rod
