This Terrar is headed:
A Drage or Terrier of the lands & tenements belonging to the Manor & Parsonage of Deopham in Norfolk being parcell of the possessions of ye Revd the Dean & Chapter of Canterbury made & renewed by Augustine Cullyer Lessee of ye Same the 10th day of January Anno Domini 1699, as follow
The main buildings
The first piece is ye site of ye Manor & parsonage aforesaid containing by estimation four acres with a house Barn Stable & Backhouse thereupon built lyeing between the lands of ye vicar of Deopham on ye East side & the King’s highway on the West & abutt upon the lands of John Amyas clerk towards ye North and ye Churchyard towards ye South.
