Background
For many years this bungalow and the adjacent houses were part of a plot surrounded by land belonging to the Half Moon Pub and Blacksmith’s. This piece of land was known by the 1814 Inclosures Commission as “Piece 126”: a separate page here charts the history of that plot up to the point where it started to fragment.
1982 – Separation of Threeways
On July 2nd 1982 John Moore included his wife in the ownership of his property. This was defined at the time according to the following two plans, the second of which shows the bungalow built by John Moore:
